RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to absolutely love your Auralie piece—but if it’s not quite right, we make returns easy.

RETURN GUIDELINES

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, pouch, and jewellery box must be included

  • Items must be returned in the original shipping box (or smaller); no oversized packaging please

  • Sets must be returned as a complete set; partial returns are not eligible

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note, the following are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Engraved or monogrammed items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings used for piercings

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

RETURN WINDOW

We offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany.
Your return window begins the day your order is delivered or collected in store.

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped from the same country the item was purchased

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once your item has been received and inspected

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • If a return shipping label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund

  • Auralie is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the courier but not received by the customer

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

​We do not accept unauthorized returns. Any such items will be returned to sender, and Auralie cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage.
